Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Parsector (“we”, “us”) turns ServiceTitan data into live KPI leaderboards, morning briefings and performance history for service businesses. “You” means the business that subscribes and the people it authorizes to use the account. Reach us at hello@parsector.ai.

2. What we collect

Account and company. Your name, email address, optional phone number, a hashed password, your company name, business address and time zone, each person’s role, and the boards, pads and reports you configure.

Your ServiceTitan connection. Your tenant id, client id, and client secret. The secret is encrypted at rest and is never displayed back to you.

Data from ServiceTitan. We read what the service needs in order to show your KPIs. Today that includes your business units and teams; your technicians (name, id, team, business unit); the ServiceTitan reports you choose to connect, such as technician, business-unit, jobs, estimates and invoice-item reports; and your pricebook items and categories. What those reports contain depends on how they are set up in your ServiceTitan account, and can include job and customer details.

As we add features we may read further data from your ServiceTitan account where a feature requires it. Where a change materially affects what we read, we will tell you as described under Changes, below.

Billing. Stripe processes payments. We never see or store a full card number. We keep the card brand, last four digits and expiry date, your subscription status, and your invoice history.

Messages to us. What you send through the contact form or by email, including your name and address.

Usage and technical. An audit log of significant account actions, and standard server logs.

3. Cookies

Two, both essential: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in, and one remembering whether you collapsed the sidebar. There are no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

4. How we use it

To run the service — including to compute KPIs, render your boards and pads, write your morning briefings, send account email such as password resets and invitations, take payment, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers to operate the service, including for:

  • Cloud hosting and database — where the application runs and your data is stored, in the United States
  • Payment processing and tax — Stripe, which handles your card details, subscription, invoices, and the sales tax calculated from your business address
  • Email delivery — account email such as password resets and invitations, and messages you send us
  • AI writing — receives the KPI figures and job details a briefing summarizes, in order to write it. It is not permitted to use that data to train its models.
  • Address lookup — receives your business address as you type it, and no other account data

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. If the business is sold or reorganized, your data transfers with it and stays subject to this policy. See section 12 of our Terms of Use.

6. Where it lives, and how long we keep it

All data is stored in the United States. Report data copied from ServiceTitan is kept for about two months, or for up to 24 months on plans that include performance history, and older days are deleted as newer ones arrive. Briefings are kept while your account is active. Account and company records are kept while your account is active; after you cancel we delete or anonymize your data within 60 days, except what we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and your ServiceTitan client secret is encrypted at rest. Records are scoped per company, so one customer’s data is not reachable from another’s account, and internal access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can edit your name, phone number, email address and password under Profile. To access, correct, export, or delete your data, email hello@parsector.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing there to opt out of, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

9. Your role and ours

The ServiceTitan data we process belongs to your company. We handle it on your instructions, in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to connect the ServiceTitan account you connect, and for giving any notice or obtaining any consent your local law requires from the people whose information it holds.

10. Children

Parsector is a business tool. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We will post any update here and change the date above. Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect.
